So I decided to look into it.</p>
<p>Upon finding a full listing of the <a href="http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_CSS_frameworks" target="_blank">CSS Frameworks</a>. I am immediately faced with the dilemma of choosing which framework to use. Out of all the others, one of them seemed to stand out. -the <a href="http://960.gs/" target="_blank">960 Grid System</a>.</p>
<p>The 960 Grid System is based on a width of 960 pixels and offers divisions of either a 12-column layout or a 16-column layout.</p>
